[How to use]

• We will send you a SIM card according to the start date of use.
• Customers are responsible for replacement work.
• The support desk is open 365 days a year from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean)

[Regarding delivery]

• We will ship to the designated post offices (7 airport post offices) and the hotel where you are staying.
• If you wish to have it shipped to your accommodation, please apply under the name of the person who made the reservation at the hotel. If it is not the name of the person who made the reservation, the hotel may refuse to accept it.
• Usually ships 4 days before the start of use.
